Basic Membership Services

When you register as a member through a MOJAWAFit account by binding your smart devices, we will upload your device type, device model, and operating system information to identify real users, ensuring the authenticity of platform users. This information is necessary for this feature; if you disagree with the collection and sharing of this information, you may not be able to become a member user but can still use other MOJAWAFit services.
Scope of Necessary and Non-Necessary Information
Sports and health are core functions of MOJAWAFit, encompassing activities such as running, swimming, cycling, jump rope, meditation, and heart rate monitoring. As product development progresses, new sports types will be added, and the terms will be updated requiring re-confirmation of this agreement. To use the sports functions, you need to input your height, weight, age, and gender to provide energy consumption calculation, sports evaluation, and recommendation services. Without this information, we cannot provide relevant service data, but it won't affect your use of sports-related features. For outdoor running and cycling functions, we need to obtain your geographical location information. This is necessary information; if you do not provide it, you will not be able to use the outdoor running service but can still use the MOJAWAFit indoor running function. For indoor running, we need your height information to accurately record your running data. This information is non-essential; if you do not provide it, you can still use the indoor running feature. You can modify or reset this information in the settings interface.
Sensitive Permissions Invocation
For outdoor running, we need your authorization for location permissions for positioning and map display. If you do not agree, you will not be able to use the outdoor running function but can still use the indoor running function. To comprehensively and accurately record your sports data, when you connect MOJAWAFit wearable devices with sports detection functions, we will automatically collect your heart rate, step count, step frequency, stride length, and ground contact time data. These data will be visualized for you. You can choose whether to upload it to the server. If you disagree, we cannot provide the relevant data display, but it won't affect the use of sports functions. To save the dynamic trajectory after running or cycling, we need your album permissions (iOS) or storage permissions (Android). If you do not provide these, you will not be able to save your running dynamic trajectory records. During the recording, we may access the information displayed on your screen or played on your device. This information will only be saved in your successfully recorded files, which will only be stored in your phone's album storage. MOJAWAFit will not save this information and files. If you disagree, you cannot use the corresponding function but can still use other MOJAWAFit features. To use the heart rate monitoring function, you need to connect to a MOJAWAFit device with heart rate monitoring capabilities. If you refuse, you will not be able to use the heart rate monitoring function. To enhance the sports service experience on Android, you can choose whether to grant us permissions for floating windows, power saving mode, battery optimization, and background operation. Refusal will not affect your use of the running function. The MOJAWAFit APP can connect to MOJAWAFit sports wearable electronic devices. During the connection, we need permissions to access nearby devices for quick connection. If you refuse, you will need to manually find the MOJAWAFit sports device you need to connect to.

The MOJAWAFit APP can connect to MOJAWAFit-related hardware devices via Bluetooth, allowing the App to control the device's settings and necessary data transmission. Control functions include device firmware upgrades, volume adjustment, EQ mode adjustment, and device button adjustment. For firmware upgrades, the upgrade firmware needs to be stored on the device where the App is installed. We need the MOJAWAFit device serial number and version number. If you disagree, you will not be able to use this function, but it won't affect your use of other features.

The device will not automatically download these files; they must be manually downloaded by clicking the update button. If you disagree, you cannot use device control functions, but it won't affect your use of other features. During the matching of MOJAWAFit devices and the App, Bluetooth status will be checked, and Bluetooth permission is required. If you disagree, it won't affect your use of other features.

You need to register and log in to browse community content. To comment, like, follow, or share community content, registration and login are required. Your personal account information is necessary; without it, you cannot use these functions. When a new version of the client is released, you may need to grant installation permissions so that we can provide you with better and more comprehensive services. Of course, if you refuse, you can still use the old version, and it will not affect your use of the basic functions of the MOJAWAFit App.

Additional Services Based on Health:
For iOS users, with your explicit consent, we will enable access to health data, obtain and save the exercise data you authorize. This includes scenarios such as exercise data recording and heart rate feedback.
Additional Services Based on Sensors:
During running, to ensure the completeness and richness of running data, we will use the step sensor to obtain your total steps, the pedometer sensor to track additional steps during exercise, the accelerometer to obtain acceleration data and calculate steps, the barometer sensor to get barometric data for altitude calculation, and the magnetometer sensor to gather magnetic data to verify the validity of running data.
Additional Services Based on Bluetooth:
We apply for Bluetooth permissions mainly for connecting and using devices, improving connection efficiency, and enhancing the exercise experience. This involves scenarios like running, swimming, cycling, skipping, meditation, and heart rate monitoring.
Additional Services Based on Battery:
For Android users, if you choose power-saving mode, it might cause abnormal tracking and reduced distance during running. You can disable power-saving mode to enhance your running experience. Additionally, to save battery, the running process might enter a sleep state, requiring you to add MOJAWAFit to the protection list. This involves scenarios like running, swimming, cycling, skipping, meditation, and heart rate monitoring.
You understand and agree that the above additional services may require you to enable access to your location information (geolocation), camera, photo album (gallery), microphone (voice), storage, and health on your device to collect and use the related information. You can view the status of these permissions in your device settings or in our app under "My MOJAWAFit - Settings - System Permissions" and decide whether to enable or disable them at any time.
Please note, enabling any system permission does not mean you have authorized us to collect and use related personal information. We will request permission again for each function scenario, and if you authorize, we will only collect information related to the corresponding permission in that specific scenario, without extra unrelated permissions or collecting information in other scenarios involving that permission.
You can disable any permission in the system settings, which means you have canceled the authorization, and we will no longer collect and use the related personal information based on that permission and cannot provide services corresponding to that permission. To provide you with a comprehensive exercise experience, with your authorization, our client will encrypt and upload videos, pictures, dynamics, and avatars you voluntarily upload to the server for storage. We may collect the MOJAWAFit software name and version number on your device and encrypt and upload them to the server for processing and storage. You can always refuse/cancel this permission through related function settings. Refusal of this permission will only prevent you from using the above functions but will not affect the normal use of other MOJAWAFit functions and services. You can also always cancel this permission through related function settings. However, after you cancel this authorization, we will no longer collect this information and cannot provide the corresponding services.
Camera Permission: android.permission.CAMERA
Permission Function: Allows taking photos, scanning QR codes, and recording videos.
Usage Scenario and Purpose: Used for QR code scanning, profile picture updates, and posting dynamic content. When you use the QR code scanning, photo-taking, or video recording functions, we will access your device's camera permissions to read and upload the images you provide. Refusing this permission will only disable these specific functions but will not affect other MOJAWAFit features. You can manage this permission anytime through the settings, and revoking it will stop us from collecting this information and providing related services.
Approximate Location Permission: android.permission.ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION
Permission Function: Obtains approximate geographic location through network information.
Usage Scenario and Purpose: Used for tracking running routes, recording running tracks, and dynamic content. MOJAWAFit requires location permissions to ensure accurate recording of your running track. You can authorize the device's location feature and use our location-based services (outdoor running feature). You may also turn off location services at any time. Revoking this authorization will stop us from collecting this information and providing related services.
Precise Location Permission: android.permission.ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION
Permission Function: Obtains precise geographic location via global GPS, network positioning, and WLAN.

Permission Function: Scans nearby Bluetooth devices and pairs connections.
Usage Scenario and Purpose: Used for connecting to exercise equipment. If you have related hardware (whether MOJAWAFit-branded or not), you can sync recorded data (including heart rate, sleep data, steps, exercise data, weight, BMI, and other authorized personal data) with the MOJAWAFit App by enabling Bluetooth. Refusing this permission will only disable related functions but will not affect other MOJAWAFit features. Revoking this authorization will stop us from collecting this information and providing related services.
Camera Permission: Camera, Microphone Usage

Motion Data Permission: Motion Usage
Permission Function: Detects device movement.
Usage Scenario and Purpose: Helps MOJAWAFit better analyze your exercise dynamics and provide more accurate records. Refusing this permission will only disable this function but will not affect other MOJAWAFit features. Revoking it will stop us from collecting this information and providing related services.
Siri and Speech Recognition Permissions: Siri, Speech Recognition
Permission Function: Uses voice and Siri assistant to control MOJAWAFit.
Usage Scenario and Purpose: Allows using MOJAWAFit through voice input when you cannot touch the phone. Refusing this permission will only disable this function but will not affect other MOJAWAFit features. Revoking it will stop us from collecting this information and providing related services.
Face ID Usage
Permission Function Description: Face ID Verification
Usage Scenario and Purpose: To verify that the data deletion operation is performed by you to ensure data security. Face ID is stored on your phone, and MOJAWAFit does not directly access your facial information but only obtains the results of the system verification.

We also conduct security and privacy protection training to enhance employees' awareness of the importance of protecting personal information.
2. We will periodically update and publicly disclose security risks and personal information security impact assessment reports, which you can access through MOJAWAFit announcements.

4.Delete Your Information
You can delete some of your information through the methods listed in (1) Query, Correct, and Supplement Your Information.
